RETURNS POLICY

At Chicida, we want you to feel and look amazing at your next event. As such, we offer returns and exchanges in the form of a Store Credit only to ensure you can find the perfect style for your special occasion, Our garments are made to order so we do not offer refunds.

Should you wish to receive a refund on your items, you must notify us of the return by emailing services@chicida.com within 7 days of signing for your article, or click the link to start your application Return Requests.

A store credit is a coupon code which can be used exclusively on www.chicida.com only.

Unfortunately,

  • All full-priced items can be returned or exchanges. All items with Clearance or Sale Markdown Prices are not returnable or exchanges and are FINAL SALE.

  • For hygiene reasons; bodysuits, lingerie/intimates & swimwear/bikinis are final sale cannot be returned or exchanges.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Just keep in mind, in order for CHICIDA to be able to accept your return or exchanges, CHICIDA will offer a store credit only on any full price items that meet the following conditions.

  • Notify us of the return or exchanges request within 7 days from the delivery date. All eligible items must initiate return within 7 days of receipt. (Includes complimentary lingerie gift, if any) In other words; you must lodge/present your item to the post office to start its return within 7 days from date of delivery.

  • Returns requested/ attempted outside of the 7-days from the date of successful delivery (obtained from the supplied tracking details) will be denied and returned to customer.

  • International customers must deliver the approved item back to us no later than 25 business days with full tracking. Anything returned outside of this period constitutes a final sale.

  • The customer is responsible for all return or exchanges shipping costs, all import duties/taxes associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. Due to current restrictions, return costs for international customers are higher than average, and we are unable to provide shipping labels.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed and free of any smells. And with all the tags and labels not removed and still attached.

  • Items must be free of any stains/markings e.g. Fake tan/Make-up, excessive hair and perfume scents. Or washed or altered in any way.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition for re-sale.

  • That the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Similarly, any customs duties you will have borne to receive your order are non-refundable.

STEPS TO CREATE A RETURN - Including International Returns

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return. Please use the link here to use our return requests.

1. Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".

Once approved you will receive the steps on how to return your garment/s back to us via email.

Once Chicida receives your return back to our warehouse please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed *any return sent to us that has not been authorised or has not submitted a return may be rejected and sent back to its sender.

Our fulfillment address information and the shipping and receiving addresses are different, please do not use the address we ship to you from to return your packages as they will be refused.

We do not offer Freight To Collected (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

Important note for international orders:

  • We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, as Chicida is not responsible if your return goes missing in delivery.

  • Please ensure you clearly declare the article as low value 'DRESS' otherwise duties will be charged. Chicida will not absorb the cost of any duties/taxes for return parcels incorrectly declared. Duties/taxes charged will be deducted from your credit/refund.

If you want to exchange the item, please purchase them through new orders.

  • A Return Store Credit is a coupon code which can be used exclusively on www.chicida.com only.

  • The value of the Store Credit is based on the original item purchase price, less any discounts, coupons, delivery charge, or reductions used by you at the time of original purchase.

  • The Store Credit is non-transferrable and may only be used by you.

  • The Store Credit is valid for 12 months.

  • Is issued as a refund method when a previously purchased item has been returned.

  • When your return is processed you will receive a gift card/store credit(a coupon code) for the amount you paid for the item at the time of purchase.

  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require additional payment for the remaining balance due.

  • All issued store credits will incur a shipping fee.

Chicida care about your purchase. Hence why all products purchased from us are individually inspected by experienced quality control QC team under camera supervision prior to your item/s being shipped. Further to this, your garment is double-checked before it is packaged by the our QC team shipping your order.

If you have received your garment with a fault or received the incorrect garment please contact services@chicida.com and in your original email please include pictures of the fault within 48 hours of receiving your garment/s. When reporting a fault, please ensure you provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.

Depending on the claim, any faults caused during the course of wearing the item/s may be void, as all joints & moving parts are checked/ tested prior to shipment. Once the item has been deemed faulty/incorrect by a customer service team member, our sole responsibility is to replace the item with a new one. Alternatively, if you prefer not to have the item reshipped, we can provide a Store Credit of the same value.

We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the ordd help.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that a cancellation fee of 5% will be deducted from your total order amount to cover the transaction fee's that were incurred to accept your order through our payment processor. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team on via e-mail services@chicida.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order can be changed once submitted.
