- Notify us of the return or exchanges request within 7 days from the delivery date. All eligible items must initiate return within 7 days of receipt. Return your the approved item order within 25 days of delivery for original item purchase price refund(a Store Credit).
- For hygiene reasons; bodysuits, lingerie/intimates & swimwear/bikinis are final sale cannot be returned or exchanges.
- All items with Clearance or Sale Markdown Prices are not returnable or exchanges and are FINAL SALE.
- The customer is responsible for all return or exchanges shipping costs, all import duties/taxes associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
