RETURNS POLICY

At CHICIDA, we want you to feel and look amazing in your dress. We recommend contacting our customer service team for assistance before making a purchase if you are unsure of your size or displayed colour. If you are not happy with your gown we've made it easy for you to return it back to us. Should you wish to receive a refund on your items, you must notify us of the return by emailing services@chicida.com/Contact Us within 7 days of signing for your article. Or click Return requests.

What Can Be Returned?

  • All full-priced items can be returned or exchanges; excluding final sale items & any paid packaging such as garment care bags/ gift boxes. All items with Clearance or Final Sale Markdown Prices are not returnable or exchanges and are FINAL SALE.
  • For hygiene reasons; bodysuits, lingerie/intimates & swimwear/bikinis are final sale cannot be returned or exchanges.

Just keep in mind, in order for us to be able to accept your return or exchanges, it must meet the below requirements:

  • Notify us of the return or exchanges request within 7 days from the delivery date. All eligible items must initiate return within 7 days of receipt. In other words; you must lodge/present your item to the post office to start its return within 7 days from date of delivery.
  • Returns requested/ attempted outside of the 7-days from the date of successful delivery (obtained from the supplied tracking details) will be denied and returned to customer.
  • The item is returned to us within 37 days from delivery date.
  • The customer is responsible for all return or exchanges shipping costs.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed and free of any smells. And with all the tags and labels not removed and still attached.
  • Items must be free of any stains/markings e.g. Fake tan/Make-up, excessive hair and perfume scents. Or washed or altered in any way.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition for re-sale. (Includes complimentary lingerie gift)
  • 5% restocking fee.

How Can I Return My Purchase?

To return your item/s, please lodge a return request via the Returns Customer Service Email services@chicida.com. Enter the email provided for your order and your unique order number. Don't forget the (Hashtag) # when providing your numerical order number.

The returns team will respond to your request whilst reviewing & accepting your return request & provide you with an alternate physical shipping address. (China warehouse) When returning to us please send us a return proof, such as a tracking number, copy of shipping receipt.

We will gladly accept a return of full price (Excluding original delivery charge). unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise for a store credit only. We do not provide refunds.

Returns & Refunds

All returns should use safe and fast shipping agent like to make sure the package reach on time. Customer is responsible for lost package/expired returns if she /he used unsafe and non-trackable postal shipping service. And provide an email with the tracking number and copy of shipping receipt.

Important note for international orders: Please ensure you clearly declare the article as low value 'DRESS' otherwise duties will be charged. Chicida will not absorb the cost of any duties/taxes for return parcels incorrectly declared. Duties/taxes charged will be deducted from your credit/refund.

Post-Return Information

All pending return requests will be actioned within 3 business days from date of lodgement. Additionally upon approval, all returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of physically receiving your item.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Faults & Warranties

Chicida cares about your purchase, hence why all products purchased from this website are checked by human hand under camera supervision prior to shipping. All orders will be accompanied by a 'Garment Quality Check-List'. Further to this, your product is double-checked before it is packaged by the person shipping your order. In the event of an unexpected fault, Chicida is happy to provide a replacement or repair at no extra cost to the customer (within reason & upon approval).

For all faulty claims, immediately lodge a return request and attach clear photos of the claimed faults on the product along with the 'Garment Quality Check-List' which was provided with your order. Depending on the claim, any faults caused during the course of wearing the item/s may be void, as all joints & moving parts are checked/ tested prior to shipment.

To return an item, please note the details below:

  • Our fulfillment address information and the shipping and receiving addresses are different, please do not use the address we ship to you from to return your packages as they will be refused.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collected (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  • A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "UNDELIVERABLE" address.

Cancellations

Order cancellations in 24 hours is free of charge. Beyond this time, restocking / processing fees will apply to cancellations even though the order has not been shipped out. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
