• Notify us of the return or exchanges request within 7 days from the delivery date. All eligible items must initiate return within 7 days of receipt.
• Simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 37 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or exchange the item for a different size/style, if preferred. All shipping charges for return and exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
• For hygiene reasons; bodysuits, lingerie/intimates & swimwear/bikinis are final sale cannot be returned or exchanges.
