Return Policy

We offer returns and exchanges in the form of a Store Credit only; We do not offer refunds. Exceptions may apply. 

• Notify us of the return or exchanges request within 14 days from the delivery date. All eligible items must initiate return within 14 days of receipt. Return your the approved item order within 25 days of delivery for original item purchase price refund(a Store Credit).

• For hygiene reasons; bodysuits, lingerie/intimates & swimwear/bikinis are final sale cannot be returned or exchanges.

• All items with Clearance or Sale Markdown Prices are not returnable or exchanges and are FINAL SALE.

• The customer is responsible for all return or exchanges shipping costs, all import duties/taxes associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
